AI Acquisition Webinar SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms of Service apply to the webinar messaging programme operated by Growth Partner & Consultancy LTD, operating as AI Acquisition (“AI Acquisition,” “we,” “us” or “our”).

Programme description

The programme sends informational messages to individuals who register for our live educational webinar and separately opt in to SMS. Messages may include registration confirmation, webinar access information, scheduled event reminders and responses to requested attendee support.

The programme does not send messages on behalf of unrelated businesses, and SMS consent is not transferred to other businesses for their marketing.

How to opt in

You may opt in at https://www.aiacquisitionmodel.com/save-your-seat by providing a valid mobile number and actively selecting the separate SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is unchecked by default. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or webinar registration.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies, typically up to four messages per webinar registration.

Charges

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s rates and terms govern any charges for sending or receiving messages.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. We may send one final confirmation that your opt-out has been processed. After that confirmation, no further programme messages will be sent unless you separately opt in again.

Delivery and carrier responsibility

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery may be affected by your device, carrier coverage, network availability and other factors outside our control. The programme may not be available on all devices or carriers.
